Clawlytics follows a transparent refund approach aligned with the nature of strategic, technical, and execution-based services. Since most work begins immediately after onboarding and involves dedicated research and planning, refunds are handled under clearly defined conditions.
Most Clawlytics services are non-refundable once work has begun.
This includes work such as:
SEO audits and technical analysis
AI visibility assessments
strategy planning and consultation
implementation work
research and competitor analysis
content or optimization work
Once these services are delivered or work has started, the effort and expertise involved cannot be reversed.
If a client requests a refund before work has officially started, the request may be reviewed under the following conditions:
If no research, planning, or onboarding work has been initiated, a partial refund may be issued.
If preparation work has already started, the payment may be partially retained to cover the time and effort already invested.
Each case is evaluated individually.
For recurring services such as monitoring, optimization, or advisory subscriptions:
Refunds are not issued for active billing periods.
Clients may cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle to prevent further billing.
Once a new billing cycle begins, the current cycle will remain active until completion.
This ensures continuity in service delivery and resource allocation.
Any work that has already been delivered is considered completed service output and is not eligible for refunds.

completed audits or reports
strategy documents

Clients retain the right to use delivered materials for their business.
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
duplicate payments
accidental overpayment
billing errors
Such refunds will be processed after verification.
If a refund is approved:
refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible
processing time may vary depending on the payment provider
typical processing time ranges between 5–10 business days
